As our internal marketing team rapidly expanded, BNBuilders proposal and design work became inconsistent across regions, with frequent brand questions and recurring errors.
I identified outdated, underutilized brand guidelines as the root issue and took the lead on a full redesign. After aligning with our Director on structure, I created a comprehensive 40-page guide covering core brand elements, typography, layout guidance, and industry-specific resources.
Once rolled out across regions, the guide reduced repetitive questions and empowered non-designers to produce more consistent, confident work.
