BNBuilders | 2025

Standing out to college students is hard, especially when your visuals are simple and non-descriptive. I took the summer to update our designs from top to bottom to create a more encompassing overview of our internship program.

Recruiting Booklet

BNB’s previous handouts were printed in-house and information spanned multiple pamphlets. Working with department leaders, I combined all information into one cohesive printed booklet to overview the BNBuilders Internship Program and career routes in the construction industry.

Pull-Up Banners

BNBuilders’ career fair materials were limited to tabletop displays that were difficult to set up and uninformative, often prompting basic questions about the company’s work and project types.

To improve usability and messaging, I partnered with a vendor to source a lighter, easier-to-install banner system and redesigned the system into a cohesive set of standing banners. The primary banner delivered a high-level overview of office locations and market sectors, while a secondary banner highlighted culture and project photography.

To increase flexibility, I created five variations of the secondary banner, each tailored with different project types and imagery based on the event and audience.

Social Media Graphics

With multiple back-to-back fall career fairs, I created a clear, visual recruiting calendar for LinkedIn to showcase our upcoming schedule.

I also developed a set of fully editable templates, enabling the HR and social teams to quickly customize, share, and distribute materials across social channels and university campuses.
